Here’s where we learn all about your story, style, wants, and wishes. This call is all about digging into the things that make your heart skip a beat and the experience you’re envisioning creating for your guests.

No. 3: Design Proposal

We’ll present a detailed wedding design that walks you through every aspect of your event, with items budgeted out clearly. Far more actionable and in-depth than a mood board, you’ll walk away with an understanding of exactly what to expect in terms of price point, logistics, and overall look and feel.

No. 4: Vendor Selection & Project Management

Here’s where we select the dream team for your vision, manage vendor contracts and relations, and get to tireless work on your behalf. We use an online wedding-planning portal to keep you informed and on-task along the way, without inundating you with unnecessary information.

No. 5: The Final Details

From welcome bags and a detailed timeline—to final logistics and tying up loose ends—we’ll take care of all those wildly important final touches.

No. 6: The Dream Day

The day you and your guests have been waiting for is finally here. With full staff on-site from setup to teardown, we’ll ensure every design detail is in its place and each meaningful moment runs smoothly as you celebrate without lifting a finger or breaking a sweat (unless it’s on the dance floor, that is).
